Hoffman & Partners is a Swedish executive search and leadership advisory firm with twenty-five years of executive search tradition in the Nordics. 

Based in Stockholm we specialize in the industrial, life sciences, consumer and private equity sectors.

Hoffman & Partners offers a complete service platform in the Nordics and have conducted assignments in the Nordic and Baltic countries through our network of established partnerships in Denmark, Norway and Finland.

History of Hoffman & Partners 

Ann-Sofie Hoffman is a Partner and founder of Hoffman & Partners. Ann-Sofie started her career in the technology and consumer industries at Xerox and subsequently Apple where she became the third Swedish employee. In 1993 Ann-Sofie founded the executive search firm Search Competence, where she worked on general management and functional leadership assignments within a range of industries. In 2000 Search Competence was sold to TMP Worldwide, owner of Monster.com, and between 2003 to 2008 she was Managing Director Nordic for Nasdaq listed Hudson Highland Group, continuing her work as an executive search consultant. Ann-Sofie founded Hoffman & Partners in 2008 and in 2017 Joakim Hoffman took over as Managing Partner.

Joakim Hoffman is the Managing Partner of Hoffman & Partners. Joakim joined the firm from Mercuri Urval USA, where he was the New York City representative. Previously Joakim was a Partner and Consultant at Novare Executive Search in Stockholm, where he worked as a member of the firms industrial practice. Prior to his time in Sweden, Joakim was based in Shanghai working as an Organization Consultant and as a Project Manager for a manufacturing footprint optimization project in China with SCA Packaging Asia. He spent four years as a Search Consultant with Korn/Ferry International and Hudson in China and Sweden.
